Arlene Marcus and her sister, Elzbeth, are friendly and charitable but a bit eccentric. And, according to the locals, they are witches. When their housekeeper, Opal, vanishes without a trace, Sheriff Jeb Abercrombie is reluctant to investigate for some reason. Jeremy, Arlene’s son, wants his mom to sell the house and move into town, and Eustace Sternwood wants desperately to buy the property.
Bonnie Webster is hired as the housekeeper and is always on the phone to “someone.” Jeremy falls in love with Bonnie, but is already engaged to Kit Sternwood, Eustace's high-maintenance daughter. The show is a heady brew of twists and turns, where barn owls spy on people through windows, closets fly open, and even the house itself seems alive.
Come and join the fun on either July 9 or 10 for casual auditions. No prep necessary.
Hope to see you there!
